We retain only what is necessary to operate the service and fulfill your requests: account and profile information, transaction records (for payments and downloads), and generated report outputs so you can access and download them from your Transaction History. Preview outputs may also be retained for a limited time to support your workflow.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or content of output generated by our AI systems. Reports and analyses are produced automatically based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review your report options and payment details before completing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been processed and report generation has begun. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions before you pay.
