By accessing or using the DataAnalyst.app member platform and report generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use the platform to upload data, request analyses, and receive generated reports. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide and for how you use the generated output.

We do not store your uploaded data indefinitely. Your data is held only temporarily for processing. We do not sell your data. After processing, uploaded files and related input data are removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and internal cleanup procedures. Transaction records and generated outputs are retained so you can access and download your reports.

Payments are non-refundable. Once you have completed a purchase for report generation, we do not provide refunds. Before payment, you have the opportunity to view a preview of the output. We encourage you to review the preview to your satisfaction before proceeding with payment.

We are not responsible for the output generated by our AI systems. Reports, analyses, and other generated content are produced automatically and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any output in your own decision-making.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any AI-generated output. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the support options in the member panel.
